Missing much order

I have missing order.I report it to the zara customer service .they told me the order status show delivery. So ,I contacted the shipper.the courier said they never did delivery in that day in my address and never received order from zara.they send email as proof. I have more then 72 h trying to contact or talk to ur customer service but always the same answer. The gonna escalate my case.please I need solution. No onlineno

Delivery

I just checked my phone and there was an email from Evri stating my delivery had been deliver at 17.42 at the delivery address but it hasnt been. I checked with neighbours but nothing. Order no 800********. There was no delivery photograph. Can you please arrange a duplicate order to be sent asap. Many thanks. Kay Smallman

Zara Home - Complete lack of Customer Service
I am writing this after 15 days, 9 attempts with customer service via chat, 5 emails, and one PayPal dispute later. After an order with ZARA Home totaling well over 300 dollars, we received a partial delivery with one item missing. Missing item was $19.99. Being the good consumer, immediately contacted customer service detailing we did not receive the largest (in size) item from our order, and after two different customer service agents, we were assured it was on its way, we were given a tracking number, and sent an email with the same details, and told it would be a few additional days since it was coming from Spain. So, tracking number was useless and never showed up as valid, and ZARA Home when contacted again changed their story to-- "All items were delivered"... We tried politely clarifying this was obviously wrong, as they themselves had previously CONFIRMED via email and chat, and that went nowhere. Vague answers, customer service hanging up on usmind you, all we did was ask polite questions and firmly request someone resolve the issue or refund us. NOTTA! So, PayPal dispute was the only way forward. What a complete lack of customer service, transparency and accountability. I mean, it was an almost spectacular display of horrible service.

STORE COMPLAINT

Zara store in Freehold Raceway mall, Freehold, NJ. Staff is LAZY. On weekends, they close the dressing rooms. What is the point of purchasing in store? Does the Corporate office know this? My friends and I walked out of the store and did not purchase anything because we cannot try on. There is long line to pay, and then a long line to go back and return. LOST SALES. One weekend we went there and begged them to open the dressing room and they did. However, I have returned numerous weekends to learn that this is their practice. ITS A STORE. Dressing rooms should be open. I tried calling the customer service number (855)635-**** during business hours and they disconnect you.

I never leave reviews, but this company has left me utterly exasperated, exhausted and still empty handed with no refund. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, the customer service system is utterly ineffective and there is zero customer care! I ordered 9 home items, 1 being a large bench/shelving unit for £200. Upon delivery after no confirmation date from the courier the large £200 item was deliver and left outside my property in the rain while I was away for 3 days. After I opened the damaged packaging, I found that the item also had large visible chips and scratches down both sides. The quality of the wood also felt cheap and light and there were still 8 items missing, with no invoice or information detailing what items should be included in this package. After contacting via the chat service I was offered a refund and left not expecting any more items to be delivered, the chat was then cut off or the person just stopped replying. I heard no more but called again the next day to confirm. I was again cut off my the customer service agent. After hours re explaining the story to chat bots and agents it has somehow taken 2 weeks to escalate and email me asking for more information saying they had tried to call me but had no response.. They hadn't! So I called again and after explaining this all again they finally agreed it could be returned, no exchange as it was now sold out and asked when was convenient. We agreed on a day 3 days away, I have taken the day off work and again having not received any form of confirmation called to make sure this was actually going to happen. They explained it was booked for the following day and couldn't do anything about it. I'm not even in the same city that day so I know for sure I didn't make an error here. I have since been batted around from calls, chat bots and advised to make a formal complaint via their whatsapp system. I have tried that and yet again, no surprise for guessing.. No response!! THE worst online retail experience I have ever encountered, in a time when all it normally takes is clicking on a link and booking a return or refund or collection I have no idea why it has taken me 2 weeks to still be stuck here with the item, countless hours wasted trying to resolve, while they still hold on to my £200 and still no way of making a formal complaint! Zara - Please contact me and give me a refund. I am going to continue leaving reviews to ward off and warn any other customers from having to go through the same experience. If only I had come here first to hear all the other horror stories.

Refund in 14 days contact your bank if not received so they can rush it!! Blocked email info.us@***.com. Will not give confirmation number of cancellation on phone just email. Check your spam for cancellation email can not show inbox ? never an issue on your email when ordering. Lasership cannot read either house mailboxes or house number on road or their contact us email

I am very irritated about all this I havent revice anything form you guys your service really horrible you havent help us for anything or take action about my account that got *** this hacker have sent all these fake amounts and fake posting you havent fix anything is this how you treat people with their account not helping them if say other people getting hacking into their account and changing all their information and changing their fake birthdays and their you guys get your act together stop fooling around start working with the suritey account and fixing all the issues problem of hackers and no wonder you guys are on the news from Facebook on the news because of big hit of hackers on account if you dont want a bad naming then start working on your suritey account that no hackers cant get in you guys should get act together start working on suritey proceted the account and pravite account and password as well to protect the account from all the hackers of everyone account I am very disappointed about all this its been a week I havent hard from the Instagram company this really bad service is this how you guys get paid on this by not helping people out or not take action about this come on like my account got hacked my personal account this not good I am getting messages from my family friends this is looking bad on me and my account not taking care of my account is this how you going to treat people and not fixing my account and I found the hackers all ready you havent taken action about this not removing my hacker from my account this is not acceptable all this very disbursement this whole thing
